The health and safety of our customers, colleagues and partners is our number one priority. That’s why we’ve introduced a few new measures to help minimise the risk related to the spread of COVID-19.

Strictly by appointment only
If you wish to attend a viewing at one of our show homes or properties, you must book a viewing appointment in advance with the relevant selling agent.
Alternatively, our sales consultants remain on hand over the phone, or by virtual appointment if you prefer.
Before your appointment you will receive a questionnaire which you will need to complete in advance of your visit.
For the health and wellbeing of our staff and customers, we would politely ask that if you have been in contact with someone who has Coronavirus, feel that you have symptoms or have been instructed to self-isolate, that you contact the sales consultant and postpone your visit to a later date.
Socially distance property visits
We can only allow 2 people from the same household to visit one of our properties at a time. We also politely ask that our customers avoid touching any surfaces or objects if they can.
When attending an appointment, customers are required to wear a face covering, unless you are medically exempt.
Hand sanitiser station
Hand sanitiser is provided at all our show homes and sales offices and must be used before and after your visit.
All touchpoints such as door handles, kitchen handles, and work surfaces, will be sanitised between appointments. A sterile clean of our show homes and sales suites will be carried out on a regular basis.
