Our Residents: Share your views on our Estate Services

Our residents have recently received an email with a link to our latest survey to tell us what you think about our Estate Services and be in with a chance to win a £100 shopping voucher!

Love Living Homes is the trading name for Town & Country Housing, who provides more than 10,000 homes to families in Kent and Sussex, and a further 3,000 homes in Surrey and West Sussex through Rosebery Housing. As your landlord it’s their responsibility to keep the land around these homes, and shared spaces within them, clean and tidy.

If you’ve got a view on our grass cutting schedule, the way we clean and care for internal shared spaces or look after bin stores (among many other points) we’d love you to get involved and help shape our Estates Services.

As the Estate Services are provided for residents and paid for via service charges, it’s vital that residents share their views and help shape the service – use the link in the email to access the survey. if you have not received the email, please contact us.

While some residents may not live in homes that receive estate services work, we’re keen to offer every resident the opportunity to respond. This survey is in addition to the formal Section 20 consultation that we’ll be conducting once the formal consultation process gets underway later in the year.

Win a shopping gift voucher

As a way of saying thank you, for every completed survey form, we are offering residents the chance to take part in our prize draw for a chance to win a £100, £50 or a £25 shopping voucher. Simply complete the survey before the closing date Friday 19 April 2024 and leave an email address in the box provided at the end of the form. We will then contact you if you are one of our three lucky winners. The winners will be contacted by 25 April 2024.

Tell us what you think

We’ve created a special page on our website all about Estate Services and the way that we’re working with residents to shape the new service. Take a look here, or go straight to the survey!
