The Property Misdescriptions Act requires selling agents to ensure that sales particulars are true and accurate and where appliances and/or services are listed, they are in working order.

If the draft sales particulars are inaccurate in any way please return them with the necessary amendments. If any of the information in the sales particulars change or any appliances and/or services cease to operate prior to completion of the sale it is important that you notify us so that we can advise your purchaser.

Vendor’s Confirmation

  1. We confirm that the sales particulars are a true and accurate representation of the property, and we will notify you of any changes.
  2. We confirm that we will notify you of the removal of any fixtures or fittings mentioned in the sales particulars.
  3. We confirm that where appliances and/or services listed cease to operate we will notify you.
  4. We confirm that Love Living Homes should commence marketing my/our property at the price stated in the particulars.
  5. I/We confirm that we understand that the telephone number provided below will be passed on to prospective buyers to arrange a mutually convenient date/time for the viewing of my/our property and that we will provide access for this appointment.
