Town & Country Housing (TCH) provide more than 13,000 affordable homes in local authority areas across Kent, Surrey and Sussex. Over the years they have invested heavily their homes, and continue to do so as part of the Peabody Group.
Who are TCH?
TCH is a housing association that provides more than 13,000 affordable homes in local authority areas across Kent, Surrey and Sussex. It is an independent subsidiary of the Peabody Group, and is a charitable Registered Society under the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014, registered with the Financial Conduct Authority No. 30167R.
LLH is an extension and trading name of TCH.

Policies
TCH continuously monitor, review and update policies to ensure we meet regulatory and legal requirements. Peabody policies listed apply across the whole Group, including TCH and therefore Love Living Homes. All policies for TCH are available using the link below.
Following the merger between TCH and Rosebery Housing Association, TCH became the landlord for all Rosebery residents. The TCH policies listed below apply to former Rosebery residents and their homes, except for the TCH Lettings Policy and Responsive Repairs Policy because different local arrangements still apply. The legacy Rosebery policies for these areas are listed on the TCH page.
