Get Involved with Love Living Homes
Whether you’re a Shared Owner, a 100% leaseholder or freeholder (you own your home outright) this section is home to lots of useful information for you.
As the trading arm of Town & Country Housing, it is important to us that you have a say in how we provide the right type of homes, services and improve overall.
Town & Country Housing (TCH) is a housing association that builds and manages social housing. It has a clear social purpose to provide homes for people, and with that purpose comes huge responsibility. Housing impacts every aspect of people’s lives, so we all take this responsibility seriously.
TCH and Love Living Homes vision is to be one team delivering a great resident experience, and they can only do this by placing you at the heart of everything we do. As a not-for-profit organisation, the money you pay in rent and service charges goes towards maintaining homes and services.
We truly value the feedback we receive from our residents – it plays a vital role in shaping the services we provide. We are committed to ensuring that your voice is heard and that it directly influences the decisions we make.

You’re best placed to judge whether services are meeting homeowner needs.
It is vital that you can directly influence our work and important to us that residents can get involved to help shape our services, in ways that work for them. Take a look at TCH’s new Resident Engagement Strategy.
