Admin and Management Fee

An administration and management charge are an amount payable to us by a leaseholder for a service that is provided directly in relation to their individual property and is therefore not covered by any aspect of the service charge.

Leasehold Property Enquiries form (LPE1) £150 excluding VAT (£180 including VAT)

Freehold Management Enquiries form (FME1) £150 excluding VAT (£180 including VAT)

Additional questions raised from a LPE1/FME1 £50 excluding VAT (£60 including VAT)

Notice of Assignment fee – Shared Owners £100 excluding VAT (£120 including VAT)

Notice of Charge fee – Shared Owners £100 excluding VAT (£120 including VAT)

Both Notice of Assignment & Charge fee Shared Owners £150 excluding VAT (£180 including VAT)

Notice of Assignment or Charge for Leaseholders Variable depending on the terms of the lease.

Deed of Covenant – supply draft Leaseholders £60 excluding VAT (£72 including VAT)

Consent for alteration of your property £60 excluding VAT (£72 including VAT)

Consent for alteration (surveyor required to review application) £100 excluding VAT (£120 including VAT)

Consent for consideration for keeping a pet at the property - Your lease may require you to ask our permission for a pet. There is no charge for pet consent unless a superior landlord charges LLH. This cost -in its entirety - will then be passed onto you.

Sub-letting consideration application £100 excluding VAT (£120 including VAT) and legal fees to draft a license £350 excluding VAT (£420 including VAT). Total cost £540 including VAT.

Lease extension, or Extending your lease – please request information from the Homeownership Team

Copy of lease – pdf version emailed £25 excluding VAT (£30 including VAT)

The letter specifically drafted at the request of resident £25 excluding VAT (£30 including VAT)

Fob & Key replacement administration fee  £7.50 including VAT (+ cost of fob/key).

Re-mortgage through our solicitor £150 excluding VAT (£180 including VAT) plus £70 excluding VAT (£84 including VAT) to receive the Notice of Charge

Mortgage Variation £50 excluding VAT (£60 including VAT)

Transfer of Equity administration fee £150 excluding VAT (£180 including VAT) Please note additional solicitors fees also apply.
